There are many reasons for children to play outside each day. A natural setting provides enormous opportunities for learning. Social interaction is expanded as children extend their play outside. Exercise and fresh air promotes good health. Our children are free to run, ride trikes, dig in the "rock-box," climb, pretend, and role-play with a variety of props. We encourage the children to explore the natural setting as young scientists.
